Key responsibilities
- Review customer case information and documents
- Complete tasks using documented procedures
- Check details for accuracy and completeness
- Update case notes and internal records
- Identify missing information or errors
- Communicate issues to the team leader
- Complete assigned work within expected timeframes

- Good written English
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using a computer
